Sip on Bottomless Mimosa's as you immerse yourself in the art of making the classic French Macarons with our exclusive experience.

Working in small groups, you will create your own batch of macaron shells and the perfect ganache filling. Throughout the class, indulge your creativity at our Mimosa Station. Craft your own Mimosa's with unlimited Prosecco and an assortment of fruit juices/purées, and fresh fruit garnishes.

While your macarons bake to perfection, indulge in a curated selection of tapas dishes to keep you energized for the final, flavourful task of filling your macarons.

And the best bit! Everyone gets to take home 10-15 beautifully crafted macarons. Assemble your crew for a fun outing, or come solo and take the opportunity to meet and greet some new friends.
