Your adventure begins with a skilled demonstration and tasting session, where you'll delve into the nuances of the iconic Espresso Martini cocktail. Choose your path by selecting from a tantalizing array of flavours, whether it's the bold Mezcal Espresso Martini, the sweet and salty Salted Caramel Espresso Martini, the tropical Coconut Espresso Martini, or the intriguing Dirty Chai Martini.

As you sip on your personally crafted Espresso Martini, immerse yourself in the world of gourmet canapés. Laura (GK's owner & Head Chef) will unveil the secrets to creating unique and delectable bites. Working in small groups, you will craft your own platter, featuring delights such as:

  • Tuna Ceviche on Crispy Wontons
  • Baked Pumpkin & Almond Chips with Halloumi & Harissa
  • Sticky Pork Skewers with spring onion
  • Prawns coated in Green Rice Flakes
  • Manchego Tuile Canapes with Melon & Jamon.

NOTE: Gluten Free, Vegetarian & Vegan options available too.


As your canapés take shape, prepare for a demonstration and tasting of the classic Pisco Sour. Then choose your own flavour including GK’s Signature Davidson Plum Sour, Gin Sour or Flavoured Gin Sour, the classic Whisky Sour, or the luscious Amaretto Sour. Alternatively, peruse our well-stocked spirits menu and craft your own bespoke concoction.
