This 4.5hr Patisserie Masterclass focuses on Macarons, Shortcrust Pastry, Choux Pastry and some delicious fillings and decorations.
By practising the skills in the class, you will have the confidence to make beautiful macarons, tarts, éclairs and profiteroles in your own kitchen.
In the masterclass we cover around 10 different recipes. Here is an example of a typical menu:
