In this 4.5hr Patisserie Masterclass you will create exquisite Mousse Cakes filled with delicious fillings and learn some of the secrets to glazing and decorating like a pro. You’ll also cover macarons in this class.
All the recipes covered are easy for you to re-create at home. In the class we speed things up by using our blast freezer so we can fit the whole process in from start to finish in 4.5hrs.
In the masterclass we cover around 10 different recipes. Here is an example of a typical menu:
- Chocolate mousse
- Cream chesse or mascarpone mousse
- Pistachio mousse or Coconut mousse
- Salted caramel
- Raspberry & Passionfruit Coulis
- Dacquoise or Sponge or for the base of the cakes
- Chocolate glaze
- Macarons: Two different flavours (a different selection to the other Patisserie Masterclass)
