In this 5hr Patisserie Masterclass you will create exquisite Mousse Cakes filled with delicious fillings and learn some of the secrets to glazing and decorating like a pro. You’ll also cover macarons in this class.
All the recipes covered are easy for you to re-create at home. In the class we speed things up by using our blast freezer so we can fit the whole process in from start to finish in 5hrs.
In the masterclass we cover around 10 different recipes. Here is an example of a typical menu:
- Two different mousse recipes
- Salted caramel
- Raspberry & Passionfruit Coulis
- Dacquoise or Sponge cake for the base of the cakes
- Chocolate glaze
- Sallted Caramel Macarons
There will be a tea break in the middle of the class where you can enjoy our homemade scones with jam & cream and a tea or coffee
