In this 3.5hr hands on cooking class you will learn how to cook beautiful Thai Vegetarian & Vegan dishes.

The class starts by making an authentic red curry paste then we will make a variety of entrée and main dishes.

The class is designed for both vegetarians and vegans and for any of the dishes covered that contain dairy or eggs there is always a vegan option covered as well.

All dishes are made with the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients.

In the class we cover around 7-9 different recipes. Here is an example of the types of dishes covered:

  • Red curry paste
  • Corn cakes
  • Vegetable spring rolls
  • Sweet potato, green bean and coriander wontons.
  • Corn, coriander and mint fritters
  • Vegetable satays with satay sauce
  • Crumbed okra with red curry sauce
  • Tofu, lemongrass & ginger shumai with vegan wrappers
  • Coconut & kidney bean salad
  • Pad thai
  • Paneang with Vegetable Manchurians
  • Red curry with pumpkin and sugarsnap peas
  • Corriander, mint and lime salad
  • Papaya salad
  • Chilli jam
  • Coconut sticky rice with mango
