Transport yourself to the heart of Spain in our immersive 4.5-hour hands-on Spanish Cooking Class. This is more than just a cooking class—it’s a culinary experience filled with flavour, fun, and fiesta vibes!
Guided by GK's owner and head chef, Laura, you'll learn to prepare a generous selection of authentic Spanish dishes, including a range of traditional tapas, two versions of the iconic Paella, and a classic Spanish dessert. Throughout the session, you'll work alongside others to create and share in the joy of cooking, picking up new techniques and kitchen tips along the way.
Together, we’ll cover around nine delicious recipes. Here's a sample menu of the dishes you may create:
Spanish Tortilla (potato omelette)
Croquettas de Jamon (ham croquettes)
Spanish Meatballs with Sherry
Roasted Beetroot Salad with Fennel & Cumin
Green Salad with Manchego Cheese
Paella de Mariscos (Seafood Paella)
Paella de Pollo (Chicken, Chorizo & Bean Paella)
Crema Catalana (Spanish-style crème brûlée)
Homemade Sangria
Once the cooking is done, it's time to relax and enjoy the fruits of your labour. You’ll sit down to a shared feast with your fellow classmates and toast your efforts with a glass of sangria in hand.
Whether you're a seasoned cook or a beginner in the kitchen, this experience is designed to be fun, social, and educational. You'll leave not only with a full belly, but also with the skills and inspiration to recreate these dishes at home.
